Terms of Service
1. Authorized Personnel: You must be a certified medical professional or authorized clinic administrative staff to create and operate a Bitclin account.
2. Clinical Disclaimer: You acknowledge that all transcribed prescriptions, voice logs, and vision OCR outputs are AI-generated estimates. Jepsons Solutions provides administrative software, not medical advice, and is not liable for clinical errors, misdiagnoses, adverse patient outcomes, or malpractice.
3. Data Responsibility: The presiding physician is strictly responsible for verifying all AI-transcribed dosages, molecules, and patient instructions before finalizing the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
4. Account Termination: Jepsons Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, reverse-engineer APIs, or violate these terms.
5. Purchases & Final Sale: As Clinic Pro and Founder's Pass tiers provide immediate access to unlocked digital infrastructure, all subscription sales are final. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Bitclin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Privacy Policy
Google API Services User Data Policy
Bitclin's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Decentralized Storage: In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2026, Bitclin employs a decentralized architecture. Patient Health Information (PHI) and clinical ledgers are stored natively within the authenticated physician's Google Drive (`appDataFolder`). Jepsons Solutions does not host, read, aggregate, or sell your patient data to third-party advertisers.
Local Caching: To support Offline Resilience and seamless queue management, encrypted fragments of the daily roster and recent EMRs are stored locally on the clinic's device using IndexedDB. This data is synchronized directly with your Google Drive upon internet restoration.
Consent & Erasure: Patients retain the right to request data erasure. Due to our decentralized architecture, data deletion requests must be fulfilled manually by the presiding clinic directly from their secure storage node. Jepsons Solutions cannot delete patient data on behalf of a clinic as we do not possess it.
Data Residency: All system architecture and routing infrastructure are deployed on servers located within India to maintain compliance with domestic data residency laws.
AI & Sub-Processors
SGI Labeling: Automated clinical notes are Synthetically Generated Information (AI) as per IT Rules 2026.
Third-Party Processing: Voice Dictation and Vision-Based scanning utilize Google Gemini APIs. These sub-processors are bound by zero-retention policies; your clinical audio and images are NOT used to train their foundational models.
Liability & IP
"AS-IS" Software: Bitclin is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of fitness for a particular clinical diagnostic purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jepsons Solutions' total liability for claims arising from platform outages or data sync failures shall not exceed the amount paid by the clinic in the preceding 12 months.
