How can we help?
Find answers to common questions about decentralized EMRs, Voice AI accuracy, and DPDP compliance.
Bitclin uses a strictly decentralized architecture. Patient Health Information (PHI) is stored natively within the authenticated physician's Google Drive. Jepsons Solutions does not host, read, or have access to your clinical ledgers, ensuring total data sovereignty.
Our medical Voice AI is highly accurate and specifically tuned for clinical terminology and Indian accents. However, as per IT Rules 2026, all transcriptions are labeled as Synthetically Generated Information (SGI). The presiding doctor must quickly verify the generated notes before finalizing the EMR.
Yes. Bitclin is built with Offline Resilience. Encrypted fragments of your daily roster and recent EMRs are cached locally on your device using IndexedDB. You can continue consulting patients offline, and the system will automatically sync back to your cloud once the internet is restored.
Absolutely. Because your data is decentralized, you retain full control over Patient Consent and Erasure requests as mandated by the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2026.
Yes, you can cancel your Clinic Pro or Founder's Pass subscription at any time. However, please note that all digital infrastructure access is final, and partial refunds are not issued for mid-month cancellations.
